Stopped for dinner here on my way to Albuquerque. Ordered the 6-oz. filet. I’ve never had a more perfect piece of beef.  I say this as someone who has frequented some famous steakhouses in San Francisco, Chicago, and Boston during my career. Nice and relaxed atmosphere - I had a great server that was super attentive throughout the evening with refills and check ins. Only thing that was disappointing was that my steak was overcooked, far off from medium rare - to the restaurants credit my server offered to replace it but I didn't want to wait for a new steak, and even the well done steak was very flavorful and tender.
